This is by far the smoothest, most compact color picker I have found

Looking for a new color picker today, and I cam across this beauty!  The 'Farbtastic' color picker... what a name!  It requires jQuery, but is easily the best of it's kind I have ever found.  It is extremely easy to implement and looks/works great (I really like the fact that it is mroe compact than most). 

I just finished making a style customizer for one of our intranet applications that uses this to re-write our css and hence change the theme based on the user input.  This tool was super easy to work with and cut my development time down by a huge margin.  I can't say enough about this plugin!  Hopefully I can get a post up about the online css customizer pretty soon.

This is so awesome, I can finally use the [code][/code] feature of BlogEngine without the annoying problems!

For those of you that use BlogEngine, you have probably noticed that the [code] sytnax highlighter is extremely fickle and difficult to use.  For me, I could never get the code to format without actually seeing '[code]' on my site.  I was notified by Rickard Nilsson that a new version was out and available at CodePlex.  This is fantastic, all I can say is thank you!

This is a great resource for when you need a quick template, or just a bump in the old creativity/idea department.

I am a graphical Neanderthal, this simple tool helps me make fancy 'glass' buttons - easy to slice and use for sliding doors as well

Pretty much explains itself, this site makes glassy buttons easy, just provide the colors and dimensions (text if you want) and you are done.  This is a nice tool to use as you can just make one image without text and slice the end off for use with sliding doors - that way you don't have to make 500 images for your site, just a few depending on verticle sizes/colors.  The tool also provides you with rollover changes, pretty slick.  The downloadable .zip includes .png, .jpg and .gif files.

This is an incredibly useful site to those of us with no sense of color whatosever; no need to actually understand color theory, just use this useful app to do the work for you - this site's color scheme was made using Color Blender
